Las Palmas pushing for Mubarak Wakaso loan deal next month

Las Palmas are in talks with Panathinaikos for a six-month loan move for midfielder Mubarak Wakaso.

The La Liga outfit want to secure him during the January window although he will be a the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations.

He has scored one goal in 8 league appearances.
Wakaso is reported to be unsettled at the Greek Super League side and a return to Spain could be an escape route.

The 25-year-old was a hit on loan at the Estadio de Gran Canaria from Rubin Kazan with 20 La Liga appearances and scored one goal.
