Medeama players arrive home following their Confederation Cup exit at the hands of MO Bejaia

Prince Owusu and his Medeama squad touched down on home soil on Wednesday night following their CAF Confederation dismissal by MO Bejaia the day before.

The likes of Enoch Attah Agyei, Daniel Agyei, Samuel Adade and Victor Ayirey wore pained expressions as they left the Kotoka international airport following their narrow defeat in Algeria.

Morgan Betorangal second half strike was enough to secure a 1-0 victory and ease 'Les Crabbes' into the semi-final of the Africa inter-club competition via head-to-head advantage.

Medeama will now turn their attention to the domestic top-flight where they play as guest of Ebusua Dwarfs on Sunday.
