Ghana wideman Christian Atsu linked with move to newly-promoted Italian side Cagliari

Newly-promoted Italian Seria A side Cagliari are the latest to be linked with a move for Chelsea winger Christian Atsu.

The Sardinians are keen to take on the Ghanaian on loan after following unimpressive displays at Chelsea's pre-season, media reports have claimed.

The 24-year-old has been left out of the side's pre-season tour of the United States to fuel speculation about his long-term future at Stamford Bridge.

The former FC Porto wideman has been linked with a move to Turkish giants Galatasaray and Fenerbahce.
