Afriyie Acquah featured in Torino's Eusebio Cup victory over Benfica on Wednesday night in a 7-6 penalty shoot out success.

The pre season silverware could be the first in the career of the ace midfielder.

Acquah was named in the starting line-up as Torino raced to level on 32 minutes through Adem Ljajic.

Goncalo Guedes gave the Portuguese champions the lead in the 11 th  minute.

The game headed to penalties and the Serie A side triumphed.
