VODAFONE UNITY MATCH: Baba Yara Stadium is set for the clash

The Baba Yara Sports Stadium is in shape for the much-awaited Vodafone Unity Cup to be played tonight.

As of 10:00 am today, banners of the title sponsors of the event as well as other sponsors were all over the stadium with ad-boards nicely decorated.

According to the FIFA General Coordinator, Anthony Baffoe, who is to coordinate the game, the pitch is also in shape for the game.

Kumasi Asante Kotoko will be playing a Stephen Appiah-led World XI side featuring Emmanuel Adebayor, William Gallas, Edgar Davids, Alex Song, among others.

The Vodafone Unity Match is to canvass for peace and unity ahead of the 2016 General Elections set for November.
