Ghana Christian Marathon “Emmrika Pa” To Be Launched

Plans are underway for the launch of the Ghana Christian Marathon ‘Emmrika Pa’ in Accra, scheduled for August, 27, 2016. The event, which would be the maiden edition, would popularly be known as ‘Emmrika Pa’ a Twi phrase which literally means Good Race.

Emmrika Pa, according to the organizers is a Christian sporty activity to engage all Christians irrespective of their denominations in raising the flag of Jesus Christ- Matthew 5: 16

The organizers has disclosed to FrederickNoamesi.Com that, they are working closely with churches, corporate bodies, individuals, schools and other entities for commitment , direction and success of the event.

The organizers also stated four (4) important things of the marathon that would be announced at a later date when the event is officially launched, namely;

• Route Courage
• Headliner Sponsor
• Title Personalities
• Theme Song

It is however important to note that, Emmrika Pa is also opened up for all persons irrespective of their religious background. Some countries have already confirmed their participation for this highly anticipated event.

Registrations for participation are already opened for students on the various university campuses in Ghana and for the general public at some vantage points.
