Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan reveals he almost joined English giants Manchester City in 2008

Ghana striker Asamoah Gyan has revealed a failed attempt to join English giants Manchester City in 2008.

The 30-year-old has since reunited with the manager who wanted to sign him at Chinese big-spenders Shanghai SIPG.
