Ghana Premier League Board chairman Welbeck Abra Appiah insists only lazy coaches are unable to find any quality in the division.

Abra Appiah's comments comes in the wake of a damning verdict passed by the agent of Black Stars coach Saif Rubie over the lack of quality players in the Ghanaian top flight.
