Egypt request to play Ghana in U23 friendly on 10 October

The Egyptian Football Association wants its U23 team to face Ghana's Black Meteors on 10 October in an international friendly.

Footy Ghana has reported that the Ghana FA is yet to sanction the friendly which is expected to prepare both teams for the 2015 All Africa Games qualifiers.

The Black Meteors are defending champions after winning gold at the 2011 Games in Maputo, Mozambique.

The 2015 All Africa Games will be hosted in Brazzaville, Congo.
