Advanced tickets for Jones Attuquayefio charity match

Accra, June 25, GNA - Primeval Consult, organizers of the Sir Cecil Jones Attuquayefio Charity Match, has commenced the sale of advanced tickets for the special charity match aimed at honouring the renowned coach as well as raise funds for his upkeep and recovery.

A statement from the organizers copied to GNA Sports stated that advanced tickets have been printed and sent to some key selling points in Accra to ease the hustle of queuing for tickets at the gates of the stadium on the day of the match.

According to the statement football fans interested in watching the charity match between the Black Stars and the 'Friends of Sir Cecil Jones Attuquayefio' team, can purchase their tickets at the Airport Shell station, Happy Fm, Joy Fm and the Accra Sports Stadium.

The statement said, the decision to sell advance tickets is in conformity with efforts by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to introduce the system in the country.

It said the move is also to reduce the stress involved in buying match tickets at the gates on the day of the match which leads to a lot of inconvenience for football fans.

The match, a collaboration between the Ghana Football Association (GFA) and Primeval Consult, will attract 3.00GH cedis each at the North and South Stands of the Stadium with the Osu Stand going for 5.00 GH cedis.

According to the organizers, the VIP Lower stand will go for 7.00 GH cedis with the VIP Upper Stands going for

10.00 GH Cedis and the VVIP, 15.00 GH Cedis.
