City win league in dramatic fashion

A late stoppage time magic by Aguero ensured Manchester City beat QPR win the English Premier League for the first time in 44 years.

It took 94 minutes of incredible total football for City to overcome a hugely determined and plucky QPR side who were battling relegation and did survive, despite the defeat.
