Appiah closing in Serbian move

Former Ghana captain Stephen Appiah is close to completing a move to Serbian side, Vojvordina.

Appiah has been without a club since leaving Cesena at the end of last season.

The 31-year old is expected to pen a 2-year deal if he passes a medical which is by no means a given considering his recent fitness problems.
