Local Stars face B.Faso at Wafu Nations Cup

Ghana's home-based national team will replay their CHAN victims Burkina Faso at the revived West Africa Football Union Nations Cup which begins on 9 April in Abeokuta, Nigeria.

 
The local Black Stars needed a 1-0 win to deny the Stallions a qualification ticket to play at next year's CHAN finals in Sudan.

 
Ghana also drew Togo and Liberia in Group B of the tournament.

  Hosts Nigeria will face Benin in the opening match in Group A alongside Guinea and Senegal.
