RTU pip Hasaacas

A 7th minute penalty converted by Peter Yakubu kept Real Tamale United's hopes of premiership stay on course.

The Pride of the North handed Sekondi Hasaacas a 1-0 defeat at the Kaladan park.

The win lifts RTU to the 12th position on the league standings with four matches to end the season.

Real Tamale United kicked off strongly and pushed for the opener but were denied in the early minutes.

However, after seven minutes of play, they were up 1-0 after striker, Peter Yakubu scored a spot kick which they managed to hold on to end the game.
