Queens to ride on Angola
GHANA'S WOMEN soccer side, the Black Queens will cross swords with their Angolan counterparts in their first leg Olympic Games qualifier in Angola tomorrow.
The Queens left the country last Wednesday, optimistic to return with an impressive score line to make the second leg a mere academic exercise in Ghana.
Although the team has not been in any competitive exercise after playing second fiddle to the Super Falcons as losing finalists in the last African Women's Championship in Nigeria, Coach Isaac Paha is sure his side, having played together for some time now, have what it takes to act as worthy representatives.
