Inter-Schools tournament starts on Saturday

Accra, Aug 25, GNA - The 24th edition of Schools and Colleges Inter Regional Sports Festival will commence on Saturday, August 27 to September 4, at Sunyani in the Brong Ahafo Region. The week-long festival which embraces Soccer, Basketball, Handball, Hockey, Table Tennis, Cross Country and Athletics in both the boys and girls divisions is to be participated by about two thousand athletes and officials.

The Minister of Education and Sports Mr Yaw Osafo Maafo will open the festival on Monday August 29 at the Sunyani Sports Stadium.
