Swiss Side FC Luzern Sign Ghanaian Youngster Samuel Alabi

Swiss Super League club, FC Luzern has completed the signing of Ghanaian youngster Samuel Alabi, Modernghana Sports can officially report.

The midfielder enjoyed a good campaign last season where he featured for Israeli outfit FC Ashdod.

Samuel Alabi, 20, has now been signed by FC Luzern in the ongoing summer transfer window to provide a squad boost for the team.

“Samuel Alabi is moving from FC Ashdod (Israel) to Central Switzerland with immediate effect. The 20-year-old Ghanaian today signed a contract that will run until June 30, 2024, and will intensify the FC Luzern offensive in the future.

“Samuel Alabi started his career in Ghana at Dreams FC before joining Ashdod FC for the 2019/20 season. The right foot, which can be used in various offensive positions, impresses with its modern class of play and should additionally stimulate the offensive of FC Luzern in the future”, the Swiss club has announced today.

The youngster is expected to spend 8 days away from the team but will commence training as soon as he is cleared of the Coronavirus disease.
