Hearts of Oak Striker Kofi Kordzi Leaves Ghana To Complete Move To Muaither SC In A $150,000 Deal [Photos]

Bulky striker, Kofi Kordzi has left the shores of Ghana to complete his move to Qatari side Muaither SC from Accra Hearts of Oak.

Kordzi has been linked to the based club for the past weeks. The Ghana Premier League giants proved difficult in the early stages of negotiations.

However, an agreement has finally been reached between both clubs.

Kordzi will travel to Doha to complete the necessary processes which include mandatory medicals.

Kordzi’s transfer fee is set at $150,000 with a 20% onward transfer fee going for Hearts of Oak subsequently.

The striker was one of their best players during the 2019-20 Ghana Premier League season.

Kordzi joined Hearts of Oak from lower-tier side Royal FC in January 2019.

Muaither SC, founded as Al Shabab in 1996 is a Qatari multi-sports club based in Muaither. They play in the Qatar Stars League, the country’s top-flight league.
