Ghana Drops In FIFA Ranking

GHANA'S position in the FIFA ranking dropped from 23 to 25 in the October 2006 ranking.

Nigeria still leads the Africa pack with an 11th position followed by Cameroun 12th and Cote d'Ivoire 18th. No African country was ranked in the first 10. Brazil continue to top the ranking followed World Cup Champions, Italy, Argentina, France, England and the Netherlands in that order.
