PICTURES: Ghana FA Seal Sponsorship Deal With Macron Worth GHS1.6 Million

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) on Wednesday, July 22, 2020, wrapped up a deal with Macron Ghana, making the firm the official ‘Match Ball’ sponsor for the net 3 seasons.

At a short but colourful ceremony in Accra today, the officials of the two bodies signed the necessary paperwork to seal the deal which is valued at GHS1.6 Million.

“Macron will be the official Match Ball partner for three of our products, i.e. Ghana Premier League, MTN FA Cup, and the National Division One League.

“Macron will supply the GFA a total of Five Thousand (5,000) pieces of footballs and One Thousand and Five Hundred (1,500) pieces of bibs every season”, the Ghana FA has said in a statement confirming the deal.

The country’s football governing body believes the deal will help cut the cost of clubs with regards to the purchasing of footballs and bibs as well.
