Kotoko New Board Inspect Adako Jachie Training Facility, Anane Boateng Stadium

The new Board of directors of Kumasi Asante Kotoko has today visited the Anane Boateng Stadium after inspecting works on the Adako Jachie Training complex.

The 12-member board of directors has been appointed by the Asantehene of Asanteman, His Royal Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II to serve as the highest decision making body of the club.

Tasked to ensure the standard of the Porcupine Warriors is raised to the level of the lite clubs on the continent, the new board is to ensure the club has its own stadium and other facilities.

Today the board members toured the club’s Adako Jachie complex where works are currently ongoing.

Having had a short meeting, the board later proceeded to the Anane Boateng Sports Stadium. According to a report by Oyerepa FM, the tour of the stadium is in line with plans to purchase the facility to be used for the Asante Kotoko Academy project as well as the construction of a club house and Hostels for the players.
