News getting to me is that the Policeman caught on tape demanding N25K bribe from a traffic offender has been arrested. SEE VIDEO HERE.

If this policeman has been arrested as the Nigerian police said on their facebook page, then I give the Nigerian police High 5.

The police said the officer is a sergeant attached to the Lagos State Command Motor Traffic Division.
