Oluwole Olumide who was found dead at the bank of the artificial river within the elite Golf Resort in the state capital, Abeokuta.

Olumide, the Apagun Pote (High Chief) of Egbaland and close ally of former Governor Gbenga Daniel, allegedly committed suicide by plunging into the artificial lake.
