VIDEO: My Comments Distorted For Political Purposes--NAPO
Dr. Mathew Opoku Prempeh, the Honourable Minister of Education has responded to a video circulating on social media in which he is purported to have implied that diploma students had poor results.
The minister said the video had been doctored to distort his comments merely for political purposes.
