In today's programme we cover the commemorations here in Paris to mark the 5th anniversary of the terrorist attack on the offices of the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo in which 12 people died. 

As at least 35 people are killed during the mass funeral ceremony for assassinated Iranian commander Qassem Soleimani we ask what comes next amid threats of retaliation from Tehran. 

We also go live to Istanbul ahead of tomorrow's scheduled meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart who, despite much improved relations, appear on a collision course increasing support for opposite sides in the conflicts in both Libya and Syria.
