Demo In Suspense Over Unpaid NaBCo Allowa
A group calling itself concern unpaid NaBCo trainees association of Ghana are threatening to stage a massive demonstration against government over unpaid stipends due them.
The group have given a week ultimatum to the secretariat to address their concerns or face a demonstration nationwide.
"We the concern unpaid NaBCo trainees association of Ghana, would like to bring this petition to the NaBCo Boss DR. Anyars and the NaBCo secretariat and all agencies who matters that, for all the efforts been made by unpaid trainees to channeled our arrears issues to appropriate authorities, we are hereby giving you one week ultimatum to resolve all arrears issues of trainees or it will leave us nothing than to follow up with a press conference to hit the street nationwide for all stake holders to hear all the frustration we are going through in the hands of NaBCo Boss DR. Anyars and the NaBCo secretariat, " the statement noted.
According to the release "all demands must and be fully addressed."

We the concern unpaid NaBCo trainees association of Ghana ,would like to bring this petition to the NaBCo Boss DR. Anyars and the NaBCo secretariat and all agencies who matters that, for all the efforts been made by unpaid trainees to channeled our arrears issues to appropriate authorities, we are hereby giving you one week ultimatum to resolve all arrears issues of trainees or it will leave us nothing than to follow up with a press conference to hit the street nationwide for all stake holders to hear all the frustration we are going through in the hands of NaBCo Boss DR. Anyars and the NaBCo secretariat.
For this unprecedented opportunity coupled with our unflinching commitments as True Nation Builders demonstrable by our hard work, punctuality, field excellence, and submissions of every necessary documents to our coordinators been it time sheet and many more as touted by the various modules implementations.
The Coalition of Unpaid NaBCo Trainees by this communiqué passionately appeal to all stakeholders to urgently look into our petitions received and address our grievances or issue official settlement plans before Thursday, 27TH September, 2019. Since the in sectioning of this initiative has had uncountable problems as to how to pay trainees and for that matter NaBCo owes their trainees a lot of arrears.
The most dishearten part of it all is, whenever NaBCo boss Dr. Anyars come to speaks, he deceives the people of this country and trainees that all arrears has been duly paid which isnt so. We therefore want to tell the NaBCo secretariat and all agencies involved that, unpaid trainees are dying out of hunger and frustrations on all our arrears.
We would like to state emphatically that NaBCo Boss and the secretariat has not been fair to us with this discrimination mode of payment.
Beyond the aforementioned date, if our appeal hasn't been duly considered, we will follow up with a Press Conference for further declaration of the date for a Massive Demonstration which will be a very agonistic resort to getting our grievances addressed as hardworking Nation Builders.
Demands in Our Petition
1. Equalize Trainees by paying all those with arrears backlogs dated back 2018.
2. Pay all Arrears due and regularized stipends payment plan.
3. Probe into all reported cases of infractions on Trainees at the district level and issue structures to stipulate and monitor a healthy and tiptop disciplinary relationship between Trainees and coordinators.
4. The Coalition would like to ardently add that, our demands must and be fully addressed. We state emphatically that; in as much as September is about ending, we demand full payment all arrears to September in any case of extension of payments into the proceeding month to meet our earnest quest of regularization.
5. We also find out from our coordinators that communication between them and the secretariat is very poor.
6. The two Receptionist at Nabco head office in Accra must be sacked or replaced.
7. All trainees who are automatically taken out of the scheme must be brought back to on scheme.
NABCO IS OUR HERITAGE, LET'S BLESS THE INITIATOR, AND LEARN TO LIVE IT WELL
WE HOPE TO SEE ALL OUR GRIEVANCES RESOLVED, TO ENABLE THE COALITION TO REDIRECT ITS FOCUS ON ITS CORE PURPOSE OF TRAINEES EMPOWERMENT, CAPACITY BUILDING AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP, AND PROMULGATION OF THIS LAUDABLE INITIATIVE
