Unity of Dagombas will attract investment to the Northern Regions - V. L. K. Djokoto
Political analyst and proactive Youth Activist, Vincent Letsa Kobla Djokoto, has called for increased investment in the Northern Regions following the peaceful installation of the Chief of Savelugu Yo Naa Abubakar Mahama as the next Yaa Naa.
Speaking on the Class 91.3FM Executive Breakfast Show hosted by Benjamin Akakpo on Monday, 21 January 2019, Mr. Djokoto said: “I am absolutely delighted that we have reached a peaceful resolution regarding the Dagbon chieftaincy crisis and I remain optimistic that Allah would sustain the unity that has prevailed. Dagombas are now united and I believe that all well-meaning Ghanaians sheer in our excitement for a new era".
V. L. K. Djokoto went on to say: “ I have no doubt that this would bring with it social and economic development; investors from all over Ghana, within the African continent and international community would flock to the Northern Regions. I'd like to take this opportunity to congratulate Chief of Savelugu Yo Naa Abubakar Mahama who has been selected by Dagbon kingmakers".
