The Situation In Ebola-Ridden Conflict Congo Will Lead To A Pandemic

It’s not an easy task to hold a democratic election in the Democratic Republic of Congo DRC. Just ask the country’s electoral commission which started announcing in 2017 that the general election will encounter difficulties.

This is a crucial poll because it finally marks the end of Joseph Kabila’s rule in the DRC. The constitutional court gave Kabila a caretaker mandate to ensure that elections were held after the end of his two-term tenure.

The World Health Organization's director-general, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, flew into the DRC in May 2018, to visit an area hit by an outbreak of Ebola. He also held talks on the situation with one of the most corrupt regimes in the world led by President Joseph Kabila.

Ghebreyesus also met the DRC's Minister of Health, Dr. Oly Ilunga and tweeted that he had a very productive meeting and was "glad to witness the Government's leadership". But the recent Ebola outbreak is only the tip of the iceberg of problems faced by the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Just when it seemed things couldn’t get any worse in the DRC, the Ebola and the conflict-ridden nation situation got worse. However, the proximity of the reported cases of the virus in the Congo River makes this outbreak a seriously challenging one.

But the most recent spate of Ebola infections is more concerning. Already, there have been 560 reported cases, of which 320 are dead. What’s more, the disease has reached the cities of Beni, Mbandaka, and Butembo on the banks of the Congo River and great lakes.

Not only is limiting the spread of the disease far more difficult in an urban environment, but the Congo River’s status as the region’s major transportation and commerce hub means that there is now an elevated chance of Ebola spreading downstream to the capital Kinshasa and further afield to neighboring countries.

Failing measurements WHO, EU and USA
The World Health Organization (WHO) came under significant criticism over its handling of the West Africa Ebola outbreak. On that occasion, it took the WHO six months to declare an international emergency and call for help, resulting in the monumentally high death toll. This time around, it has been keen to learn from those mistakes but together with the USA and European Union they failed.

Yes, the United Nations Security Council has imposed targeted sanctions against numerous individuals and armed groups responsible for serious human rights abuses, mostly in eastern Congo, but it has not sanctioned senior officials involved in DRC governments' repression.

Human Rights Watch
Targeted sanctions against alleged rights abusers appear to have wide support in Congo, Human Rights Watch said. In a joint statement on April 27, 165 Congolese human rights organizations called for increased pressure and new targeted sanctions against top Congolese officials.

A new nationally representative poll by the New York University-based Congo Research Group and a Congolese polling agency, the Bureau d'Études, de Recherches et de Consulting International (BERCI), found that 72 percent of all survey respondents approved of the targeted sanctions imposed by the US and EU against senior government and security forces officials last year.

These DRC officials aren't rebels who are accused of spreading Ebola or fighting a corrupt regime! Moreover, several DRC military generals raised some of these rebel fighting groups for their own goals and still Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus of the WHO meets these officials and accuse rebels to withhold them from fighting Ebola.

Tedros, are you there? Are you also aware Donald Trump retracted the most experienced CDC officials from the DRC Ebola epidemic scene? Afraid these CDC officials will be killed by fighter groups raised by DRC generals for their own profits.

Joseph Kabila a senior DRC official with a long-lasting corrupt track

The US and EU announcements came at a time when the prospect of democratic elections by year comes to end in Congo, as agreed to in a New Year's Eve agreement, seems to be fading. Congo's ruling coalition has defied key tenets of the agreement, which lays the groundwork for elections, as political repression and large-scale human rights abuses continue unabated, Human Rights Watch said.

"Stronger international action and high-level engagement are needed to help prevent the situation in Congo from spiraling out of control," …..Sawyer said. “The UN Security Council should also impose new individual sanctions targeting those responsible for abuses, while the African Union and regional leaders should press Kabila's government to end abuses and urgently organize credible elections.”

The United States on June 1, 2017, imposed targeted sanctions against the personal military chief of staff of President Joseph Kabila of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Human Rights Watch said today. The US also imposed sanctions on a resort the adviser owns outside the capital, Kinshasa.

The US action follows new targeted sanctions announced by the European Union on May 29, 2018, against eight senior officials and a militia leader who has long been implicated in serious abuses in Congo. The sanctions include travel bans, assets freezes, and a ban on making funds or economic resources available to, or engaging in transactions with, the listed individuals and entity.

But during the Ebola outbreak in Western Africa, the US sent thousands of soldiers in the neighborhood of diamond and gold mines instead of fighting Ebola. And the United States of America knows damn well how Ebola is fabricated and how it arrived on the African continent as extensively described on our Secrets of Aids and Ebola Facts Journal.

Lambert Mende communications and media minister and government spokesman

As communications and media minister and the government spokesman, Lambert Mende has been the public face of the government's policy of repression against pro-democracy citizen movements, human rights organizations, and the political opposition. Mende has also allegedly been among those responsible for the crackdown on the media, arresting journalists and shutting down media outlets.

Mende has repeatedly spread false information with his statements and obstructed efforts toward independent investigations. This was the case with the recent murders of the two UN experts and disappearances of their four Congolese colleagues. Mende told the media on March 28 that the body of the UN team's interpreter had been found in the same grave containing the two UN experts, even though, the UN said peacekeepers only found two bodies in the grave.

This false statement caused confusion and was frequently repeated in domestic and international news outlets. On April 14, Congo's military prosecutor confirmed that only the two bodies of the UN experts had been found. On April 7, Mende claimed that Ida Sawyer of Human Rights Watch was implicated in the experts' deaths, an unfounded accusation.

The EU imposed sanctions on Mende on May 29, 2017 - François Olenga President Joseph Kabila's personal military chief of staff

Since 2014, François Olenga has been President Joseph Kabila's personal military chief of staff and head of the so-called "military house" of the president, which has operational control over the Republican Guard, a force of 12,000 soldiers whose primary task is to guard the president.

Under the Congolese law, the Republican Guard has no responsibilities for maintaining public order, but, Republican Guard soldiers have repeatedly been involved in the violent crackdown on peaceful political demonstrations.

Brig. Gen. Muhindo Akili Mundos
Brigadier General Muhindo Akili Mundos was the Congolese army commander responsible for military operations against the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF), a Ugandan-led armed group responsible for serious abuses in eastern Congo, from August 2014 to June 2015.

The UN Group of Experts found out that he had recruited ADF fighters, former fighters from local armed groups known as Mai Mai, and others to establish a new armed group. This group was implicated in some of the massacres in Beni territory that began in October 2014, the experts said. And now the Ebola epidemic is exploding as a well-organized action.

Finally, the corrupt mastermind Joseph Kabila himself

Europe or America has no right to force any African leader or Joseph Kabila to step down because of unrest in Congo and his corruptible nature. Indeed it is said the Organization of African Unity can handle such problems within Africa themselves but what have they done so far?

The question is how long will Kabila be in power to allow Congolese used as guinea pigs for testing Ebola biological weapon? Yes, the Congolese president must step down because his regime is a state of raw capitalism. But let us assume he will step down, what will happen afterward with his unpredictable power and money?

The stinking network of the family of Kabila is everywhere and fully intertwined with business and industry, rape and murder. But how did it come this far and who educated this criminal Kabila family?

Many pharmaceutical industries discussed trial and error studies using deadly vaccines and agents with Kabila and approved by him because he was bribed. And how many industries discussed the exploitation of his gold and diamond mines? Yes, sanctions should be imposed and war criminals should be brought to court but what about these criminal multinationals?

We, the writers of the health blog 'Secrets of Aids and Ebola Facts Journal,' have an idea which is not only meant for black war criminals but also for those who are pulling the strings using blacks as puppets and it is described here...

In our book “Aids and Ebola the greatest crime in medical history against mankind” we gave details about a panel discussion in June 1978, organized by the Dutch Royal Academy of Science in the Netherlands, about the contamination of vaccines, which among other speakers Professor H.H. Cohen confessed over contamination and preparing of dangerous vaccines with genetically engineered microorganisms and combination of SV40 monkey virus with human E-coli bacterium.

This genetic combination is compared with an explosion of a nuclear fusion bomb in the atmosphere by professor Paul Berg of the Standford University. Well, the Aids bomb has exploded already and within due time Ebola will follow as the next uncontrollable pandemic.

To remind you of Professor H.H. Cohen and the statements he made in 1978. He was one of the panelists of an inquiry committee that the speakers questioned about safety and as a physician and bacteriologist in aspects of preparation of vaccines.

Cohen was the director of the National Institute for Public Health RIV Bilthoven, in the Netherlands at that time, and on behalf of the government responsible for the manufacture and investigating of dangerous and contaminated vaccines, instead, he was rather involved in contaminating vaccines.
