Edward Abambire Bawa, National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament for Bongo in the Upper East Region, chose to use the picture of Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, to register the Minority’s displeasure at the 2019 budget delivered Thursday by Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta.
