Where Is Our President?

On Saturday, Oct 23 2006, President Agyekum Kufuor left Ghana for what was billed a 4-day-trip trade and investment visit to the United States. It's almost 12 days and the president is still not back here in Ghana. Why? According to rumours making the rounds in Accra, the president left Washington for London on Sunday. He is currently in London shopping and waiting to give give an interview. A friend of mine met him shopping at Harolds. Can you please confirm? Secondly, if his per diem is $3,000/day then he's in for a bonanza.
