A/R: 4 Killed In Road Accident

Four people were reportedly killed on Sunday when a mini bus carrying members of a youth football club from Senfi in the Bekwai municipality of the Ashanti Region was rammed into by an Urvan mini bus on the Kumasi-Anwiankwanta road.

The accident, which occurred at the Pakyi No. 2 section of the highway, left seven others with varying degrees of injury.

An eyewitness, Abdul Malik Anokye, said the Nissan Urvan, with registration number BA 930 N, somersaulted several times after it had been hit by a KIA Prejio registered AS 597 – 17.

He revealed that all the injured passengers were sent to the Dominase Government Hospital where they received treatment and later discharged.
