Photo Of The week: Mankessim MCE Directs Traffic

Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Mankessim in the Mfantse Municipality of the Central Region stopped on his way to work to direct traffic after encountering a monstrous traffic jam.

Kenneth Kelly Essuman adopted the class of the former Greater Accra Mayor, Dr Alfred Okoe Vanderpuje, whose intermittent display of traffic-directing skills attracted public attention.
