The One Million Dollar Slogan

Yes we hear the slogan "GHANA, A GOLDEN EXPERIENCE" was developed by consultants at a cost of $1m to the tax payer. In the meantime, other ealier slogans "ghana, gateway to africa etc did not yield any positive results. What this people refuse to realise is that investors do not care about slogans but the security and return on their investments.
