Fetish Priestess In Mysterious Death

A FETISH priestess, Afia Atta Mole, has been found dead in a gutter at Busunya in the Nkoranza North District of the Brong-Ahafo Region.

The 70-year-old woman was discovered after a heavy downpour last Saturday night.

The incident happened near Teachers' Credit Union offices at Busunya but the security man on duty at the place, Emmanuel Boateng, told newsmen that the body was found during the rains. Half of the body of the woman was covered with a red piece of cloth.

Police say they don't suspect any foul play but are waiting for autopsy report to determine the cause of death.

Meanwhile, the mortal remains of Afia Atta Mole have been deposited at the St Theresa's mortuary at Nkoranza.
