Whether it is true that the NPP Government has engaged lawyer Yoni Kolende to be the counsel for the three military personnel charged with the murder of Alhaji Issah Molbilla at the Tamale Kamina Barracks for which purpose he was flown to Tamale last week at Government expense to consult with the three accused persons?
