Accra To Kumasi Highway Closed [Photos]

The Accra-Kumasi highway stretch at Asuoboi in the Ayensuano District of the Eastern Region road have been temporary closed due a fatal accident which occurred this morning.

One person is reported dead while seven others who sustained injuries are battling for their lives at the Suhum Government hospital.

Due to the currently situation No car is moving and none is coming.

According to Police reports two articulator trucks fall on the road blocking every part of it leaving no space for a car to move.

Eventhough the police are at the scene controlling the situation but don’t have any towing car to removed the trucks from the road.

However passengers who are from Accra to Kumasi via visa are to return and turn back to make a return journey.

The scene has cause heavy vehicular traffic.
