Nana Addo, Kufuor Pay Courtesy Call On Asantehene

Flagbearer of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Akufo-Addo, has paid a courtesy call on the Asantehene, Otumfuor Osei tutu.

The courtesy call formed part of the NPP flagbearer's five-day campaign tour in the party's stronghold, the Ashanti Region.

He was joined by former President, John Agyekum Kufuor and other stalwarts of the NPP on Thursday afternoon.

Nana Addo has been sharing his vision for Ghana to the people of the Ashanti region and has also been using his tour as an opportunity to canvas for votes in the upcoming general elections.

The NPP flagbearer while in the region, will also hold series of meetings with party officials in the various constituencies.

Nana Addo has so far been to the Eastern, Central and Brong Ahafo regions. Nana Addo first visited Adygyamanhene, Nana Boakye Yiadom Kototo.
