Sarkodie Apologizes For GTP Line In “Kanta” Diss Song

Rapper Sarkodie in a diss song he released on Sunday said ““Obi be dissi me a na ennye rapper a ode GTP ntoma pam kaba” meaning, ‘if someone will diss me, certainly not a rapper who sews kaba with GTP textile”,a line in the song many Ghanaians think is a disrespect to the GTP brand.

These words from the rapper have become one of the most talked about issues in the country aside “Pro Bono” he used in the song, Kanta.

Artiste manager, Mark Okraku Mantey commenting on Sarkodie’s diss song said the rapper’s comment about GTP in the song shows that he, Sarkodie does not understand brand equity.
