Nana Addo, Adjaho, others mourn with Mahama [Photos]

Flagbearer of the opposition New Patriotic Party, Nana Akufo-Addo has led a party delegation to mourn with President John Dramani Mahama whose mother passed away few days ago.

Mother of President Mahama, Abiba Nnaba Mahama, died on Tuesday in Accra after a prolonged illness.

Several political figures and friends on Wednesday visited President Mahama to mourn with him.

They included the leadership of Parliament led by the Speaker, Edward Doe Adjaho, suspended NPP National Chairman, Paul Afoko, National NDC chairman, Kofi Portuphy and a host of others.

Earlier, other political figures including former President John Agyekum Kufuor as well as the founder of the Progressive People's Party (PPP), Papa Kwesi Nduom sent their condolences.
