Patriots seek the good of the nation - James Abbrey

Accra, Nov.24, GNA- Pastor James Kofi Abbrey, General Overseer, Deeper Christian Life Ministries, on Thursday asked Ghanaians to seek the welfare and progress of the nation.

"You lose everything making trouble and gain everything making peace. Let us be true patriots."

Pastor Abbrey was preaching at a pre-election song ministration and prayer session organised by the Voices of Democracy (VOD), the resident Choir of Parliament, at the Parliament House, Accra. He said violence affected everybody adversely and that those who pursued it sought their own destruction.

He asked Ghanaians not to use the freedoms at their disposal to plan evil but to honour their neighbours.

The VOD administered choral music and patriotic songs.
