Highly rated Eric Ofori Antwi says he will remain level headed despite heightened expectations

Asante Kotoko fast rising goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi says he will remain grounded despite gaining national recognition following his stellar performance in the just Ended G6 tournament.

Antwi, a former Ghana U-20 goalkeeper emerged by far the best gloves man of the competition with matured performance in post for Asante Kotoko.

Having beaten off competition to start ahead of experienced Ernest Sowah the 22-year-old went on to produce man of the match performances in all the games he manned post.

With his performance gaining recognition and steaming calls for him to join the Black Stars, the Asante Kotoko man says he will remain focused as he cannot afford to lower his guard at the moment.

'I thank God for the opportunity and he gave me the ability to make this happen,' Antwi told GHANAsoccernet.com

'I am just a young man learning my job and I will continue to work hard every day knowing that there is still a lot out there I can do.'

'I will not get carried away at all and I will have to credit my team mates for the believe they have in me.'
