On Loans And Expenditure; An Open Letter To The President

Dear Mr. President,
During a rally at the Ho Jubilee Park, yesterday, Thursday 19th November, 2015, you said "every single loan and expenditure contracted and made, respectively, under the tenure of current NDC government, has been duly approved by parliament".

So I humbly would want to be educated, your Excellency, if the following ten[10] expenditures,equally,received the officially-required approval by parliament, in line with what you said at Ho,vis-a-vis your strict adherence to laid-down procedures when it comes to expenditure?

1. $24M SADA
2. $14M SUBAH
3. $27M GYEEDA
4. $21M ISOFOTON
5. $38M WOYOME
6. $5M AIRLIFTED TO BRAZIL
7. 95M EUROS TO CP
8. $14M TO AFRICAN AUTOMOBILES
9. $6M TO GHOSTS AT AKWAMUFIE
10. $20M OVER-EXPENDITURE AT THE SEAT OF GOVERNMENT IN 2014 FISCAL YEAR
