New club: Fatau Mohammed trains with new team Almeria

Ghana midfielder Fatau Mohammed has started intense training with his new club Almeria.

The 24-year-old was as on the ball as ever during Monday's sole training session, which was conducted at a distinctly high tempo.

Fatau and his team mates were put through their paces on La Fresneda training camp, which has been the regular venue of the team's workouts.

He joined the Spanish second-tier side after reaching a loan loan agreement with his parent club Granada.

Just last season, Fatau had a stint with La Liga side Rayo Vallecano on loan, however, injuries restricted him to only 10 appearances.

Almeria hope his experience can help them return to the Spanish top-flight.
