More Updates From Nepal

It's been a month since the first devastating earthquake struck Nepal. Since then, the country has endured almost a thousand aftershocks and another massive quake on May 12...This week, our Command and Control Center has been Kanti Bahl Teaching Hospital, Kathmandu.

PROFOH has been on the ground from day one, delivering lifesaving care to survivors in some of the country's most remote areas, and it's people like you who made our five-star deployment possible Our teams reached over a thousand people directly with food supplies, water, clinical assistance, hygiene tools and education training and help in building tents and shelters.

In the coming weeks, we shall open discussion with relevant ministries such as health and education on the possibility to help deliver critical medical care and medicines, helping to furthered education of some of the one million Nepalese children who are not in school as a result of the earthquake. PROFOH will stay as long as we are needed. . According to our Country Director, more people are signing up to be members of the organization.

The generous prayers and response of the PROFOH community to Nepal's earthquake has been remarkable. We have a long way to go to help the country rebuild, but we are inspired and energized, knowing you are standing with us.

Sincerely,
G. D. Kama
