1000's displaced to make way for Teshie dual carriageway

Over a thousand houses and shops have been torn down in Teshie to make way for roadworks. 

The demolition exercise began from the stretch of road behind the Teshie Police station and continued on through to the LEKMA Hospital road. 

Myjoyonline.com sources reveal that the exercise is to make way for a dual carriage road project.
