Happy Yuletide

There is no denying the fact that Christianity is the time-tested religion which JEHOVAH approved for the liberation of mankind. Right from the days of our great grand dad Adam, Jehovah maintained his love for us by his constant guidance through the great patriarch Abraham whose father was called Terah (Gen 11:26) and his sons, Isaac whose mother was Sarah, see Gen. 17:19 and Ismail whose mother was Hagar, the hand maid from Egypt, of whom Sarah instructed Abraham with the approval of God to keep away from being the heir to Abraham, see Gen.21:12.

It is manifestly clear that Isaac was the promised child whom Jehovah established his covenant to liberate mankind in that epoch. Amen. Isaac begat Jacob, called (Israel) and Jacob begat Judas and his brethren (see Mt 1:1-16) God maintained his covenant with Abraham and still in that lineage King David and down to our Lord JESUS Christ.

Hallelujah. Beloved you don't need a rocket scientist to proffer arguments to convince you that Christ is the messiah and the son of God (JEHOVAH). What is generally accepted is that, man is born in sin ever since Adam alone ingested the forbidden tree, however, when some are told that the LORD JESUS alone whose blood was shed on mount Calvary to atone for the sins of all mankind it becomes hard for most people to imbibe. I was among those who found it difficult to understand and accept JESUS as the son of GOD due to my earlier contacts with some religious books.

Today, I will not be deficient of gratitude for the calling of our LORD and SAVIOUR onto the children of God. An archetype worthy of mentioning here is Acts of the Apostles, see chapter 9:1-8 for Saul who was called Paul, not only disbelieved but also visited brutalities on the church. Every Christian knows what happened afterwards.

Where are those heretics who believe only the Old Testament but think that the New Testament was tampered with? No Christian. I repeat No Christian will want to change the Bible for whatever reason. It is time to embrace JESUS my brothers and sisters.

Compare the messages of God very seriously and you will never be the same. For instance, on the question of JESUS being the son, you can check it up in Psalm chapter 2 verses 7 which spoke of him being the son long before his advent. Again Isaiah 9:6 crystallizes the fact that he is the son. It can also be found in the law of Moses. So never believe anyone who claims that God has no son. After all JESUS thought us to call GOD JEHOVAH our father. Do not be deceived, for that is the true gospel. All Christians know that broad is the road that lead to destruction and many may thread on that road whilst the road to heaven is very narrow and few may find it; see Mathew 7:13

No amount of argument and plagiarism can unsay the fact that, it is only JESUS who sacrificed his body to save everybody from the clutches of Satan and I will bet my bottom dollar that this fact is true. The question I have for those who hold the argument that Christ did not die is this, if one does not know where JESUS was born how will he know whether HE died or not? for the sake of readers let me explain myself here, see Qur'an 19:23 (Surah Maryam) states that JESUS was born under a palm tree whereas Biblically, JESUS was born in a manger, who is telling the truth, is the question every soul should be interested in. Certainly, those who wrote the New Testament are people who saw JESUS live; for instance

Luke, wrote extensively the gospel according to Luke and in it(Luke 2:6-7) says that JESUS is born in the manger. On the other hand, Mohammed lived in Arabia about 1000 km away from Israel and according to him JESUS was born under a palm tree. Who is right here? In addition, the history of Mary is shrouded in controversy in the Qur'an, in surah Mariam (which resembles the gospel according to Luke with deliberate or inadvertent omissions which suggest someone feverishly copying the gospel according to Luke) we are told that after the birth of the Holy Child, the people came to her and said, O Mary, now hast thou done a strange thing; O sister of Aaron thy father was not a bad man, neither was thy mother a wicked woman (Qur'an 19:28-29). According to Mohammed therefore, Mary (Miriam) was the sister of Aaron, Moses brother which is more emphasized in surah 25:37 as Mary daughter of Imran.

Surah 66:12 ' we gave unto Moses the Book and appointed him his brother

Aaron as vizier'.

Hence it is clear that Imran,

Moses, Aaron and Mary are the same persons as are so named in the Torah-excepting only that in the Hebrew the name of the first is Amram; and in Numbers 26:59 we are told that the name of Amran's wife was Jochebed the daughter of Levi who was born to Levi in Egypt and she bare unto Amram Aaron and Moses and Miriam their sister. And also in Exodus 25:20 we read of 'Miriam (Mary) the prophetess the sister of Aaron.'

Now looking to the Qur'an above quoted: O Mary! Sister of Aaron it is quite evident that Mohammed is speaking of Mary the sister of Aaron and daughter of Imran as the same Mary who gave birth to our blessed Saviour. But research indicates that the period between the two Marys is about 1,570 years. It is not the sister of Aaron and Moses who gave birth to JESUS.

The modern day Pharisees will argue that Christmas is not worth celebrating because it is not a correct date whatever. My response is that even every child's father will love to celebrate his child's birth day what about JESUS who came down from heaven to set us free. (See Mt. 1:23) A message worth sharing with believers is that JESUS never said goodbye and he is with us till the end of the world.

In trying times like this, the best thing is to remain silent and let sleeping dogs lie but that is more obnoxious than learning. For who knows, one of these days some mercenaries or savages may arise to impose their wrong scriptures on us. Many historians, archaeologist copied their information from the Bible. So to rise up today and think that some
information is authentic and therefore must dominate at all cost is preposterous and chimerical. Happy Christmas! and Prosperous New Year.
