JJ Rawlings Mourns Old Pal P.V. Obeng

I have learnt of the sad loss of one of our most adept and captivating minds – Paul Victor Obeng.

PV as he was affectionately called played significant roles in the country's socio-political development from 1979 till his unexpected demise.

As a politician, technocrat and professional he paid his dues in diverse ways and his loss is a national loss.

He had his imperfections but he was still a rare gem of a man.

On behalf of Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings and the rest of the family I extend heartfelt condolences to his wife and family.
