Kuffour's Gift to GUINEA-BISSAU

Credible sources has it that on his recent visit to Ghana by the Transitional Council President of Guinea Bissau(Henrique Rosa) he was dashed a cool $500,000 by Ghana's Prez Kuffuor. Are we the HIPC we claim to be? This money is bona-fide property of struggling masses of Ghana. Was this donation with approval by the Parliament ? Check it up !
