SDA youth hold games

Kade, July 25, GNA - Two hundred and ten youth from twenty churches of the Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) Church in the Kwaebibirem District at the weekend held their annual youth games at Kade.

The youth from Kade, Akwatia, Boadua, Adankrono and Nkwantanang zones contested in volley ball, table tennis, football, tug of war, netball, sack race and lime and spoon races.

In the volleyball competition Kade zone emerged first, followed by Adankrono, Nkwantanang zone placed third with Akwatia taking the fourth position, while Boadua took the fifth position.

In table tennis, Boadua came first, followed by Nkwantanang, the third place was taken by Adankrono while Akwatia and Kade took the fourth and fifth positions respectively.

In the football competition, Boadua placed first, the second position went to Adankrono, the third place was taken by Nkwantanang with the fourth position taken by Kade, whilst Akwatia placed fifth. In the tug of war contest, Akwatia came first with Nkwantanang placing second, while Adankrono took the third position. Boadua came fourth and the fifth position went to Kade.

In netball, Akwatia came first, followed by Nkwantanang, Adankrono took the third position with Kade and Boadua placing fourth and fifth respectively.

In the sack race Kade came first, the second position went to Nkwantanang, the third place was taken by Akwatia while the fourth and fifth positions went to Boadua and Adankrono respectively. The lime and spoon competition however, could not come on.
