Zenith Bank Supports 'Help a Christmas Child Project'

Zenith Bank, a leading commercial bank in Ghana, has extended a hand to support the "Help a Christmas Child Project', an annual Citi 97.3 FM event.

The bank has accordingly made a cheque donation of GH¢ 4,000.00 to Citi FM at the banks' head office.

Making the donation, the head of the treasury department of Zenith Bank, Kwame Adadey, said his outfit was fulfilling its social responsibility by helping needy children.

The Citi FM"s 'Help a Christmas Child' project is geared towards extending love and affection to children who would be hospitalized during the Christmas season.

This will be done by throwing a party for them at the hospital. This event is organized annually on Boxing Day, December 26, and is in its forth year.

This year, the project would facilitate visits to the Princess Marie Louis Children"s hospital, the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital and the Tema General Hospital Children's Blocks as well as the St Joseph's Hospital in Koforidua.
